Francesca Rio ( Italian: Francesca Rio ; born December 16, 1990 ) is an Italian figure skater who performs in solo skating , a multiple winner of the Italian championships , and a winner of the Italian junior championship 2006-2007. As of April 2012, it ranks 64th in the ranking of the International Skating Union (ISU) [1] .
