The rural settlement is located at the junction of three regions: Voronezh , Lipetsk and Kursk .
The river Berezovka flows through the settlement.
History
By the Law of the Voronezh Region dated November 30, 2009 No. 145-OZ [2] , the Novosilskoye, Golosnovskoye and Troitskoye rural settlements were transformed by merging into the Novosilskoye rural settlement with an administrative center in the village of Novosilskoye.
