He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade (1967-1971). Doctor of Economics (1982). He speaks English, German, French, Italian and Macedonian.
Career
- 1976 - 1978 - Member of the Presidium of the Youth Federation of the SFRY .
- 1986 - 1989 - Minister of Foreign Economic Relations in the Government of Macedonia.
- 1989 - 1991 - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia .
- 1992 - 1994 - Vice President of Copechim-France, Paris.
- 1994 - 2000 - Ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia to the Federal Republic of Germany .
- 1995 - 2000 - Ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia to Switzerland .
