- Angstrem JSC is a leading Russian developer and manufacturer of semiconductor products from discrete transistors to modern microcontrollers and microprocessors. The company has one of the most powerful complexes in Russia for the creation and production of semiconductor products: 10 full-fledged design centers, more than 1,000 employees, two production lines (the parent company, design and production of electronic products and semiconductors).
Content
History
It was founded on June 25, 1963 as NII-336, subsequently the Scientific Research Institute of Precision Technology (NIITT) and the Angstrem plant (subscriber box No. 123) as a part of the Scientific and Research Center . The first director for fourteen years was Hero of Socialist Labor Vladimir Sergeyev .
The company was one of the main producers of integrated circuits in the USSR (along with the Zelenograd plant " Micron " and the Minsk association " Integral ").
In May 1981, at NIITT, on the basis of К1801ВЕ1 , an electronically controlled electronic computer NTs-8010 was developed. It was the first in the USSR prototype of a personal computer , moreover, built entirely on domestic chips with domestic architecture, software compatible with the domestic family of an electronic computer "Electronics NT". (The first IBM PC was released in August of the same year.)
In 1981, Angstrom was awarded the Order of the October Revolution .
Modernity
In 1993, NIITT and the Angstrem plant were incorporated into the single company AOOT Angstrem (since 1996, Angstrem OJSC). Later, Angstrem-M was separated from the company.
In 2004, the controlling stakes in three companies were bought by structures controlled by Sergey Veremeenko ; in June 2008, these packages were transferred to the management company Angstrem Group LLC [2] .
At the beginning of 2009, 50% of the shares of Angstrem OJSC and Angstrem-M OJSC were owned by CJSC Coal Trade and CJSC Contract Finance Group (controlled by Sergei Veremeenko), 25% by the state holding Russian Electronics corporations Russian Technologies ), 11% to Sitronics Concern , 14% to minority shareholders [3] .
In August 2009, it was reported that Veremeenko plans to transfer his shares in Angstrem OJSC and Angstrem-M OJSC to Renaissance Capital , the Federal Property Management Agency and Angstrem Management in exchange for bill of exchange debt, which is estimated at about 200 million rubles [3]
In June 2012, Russian Electronics OJSC increased its stake in Angstrom OJSC to 31% [4] .
Activity
In 2009, Angstrem's crystal production produced 64.5 million crystals. Commodity production of assembly and hardware production amounted to 591.93 million rubles (48% more than in 2008).
At the end of 2012, the company continues to occupy the place of the main supplier of radiation-resistant electronic component base for enterprises of the military and scientific complex [5] .
Perspectives
Currently, the company owns equipment that allows to produce integrated circuits with topological standards of 1.5-2.0 microns (plates with a diameter of 100 mm) and 0.6-1.2 microns (plates with a diameter of 150 mm) [6] .
The program of the next stage of development of the company provides for the creation of new semiconductor chip manufacturing with topological standards of 0.35 microns on plates with a diameter of 200 mm with a capacity of at least 4000 plates / month, development of assembly production of microcircuits in multiple output housings and multi-chip assemblies, development of a certification center for special microelectronics products.
