It is the only company in the United States that produces both liquid ( LRE ) and solid fuel ( TRE ) rocket engines , ranging from the main engines of space and military launch vehicles to orbit orientation systems. Among the components of the active launch vehicles, the most famous are the turbojet engines for side accelerators of Atlas family rockets . It produces almost all the engines of military tactical missiles in the United States .
