Biography
Born in Svetlogorsk, in 1994, the parents moved to Gomel . From childhood, I went in for sports ( athletics ). From the age of 12 he played guitar in the courtyards and crossings. I started thinking about my musical career after my acquaintance with Alexander Tsygank and Alexander Fedorovich. As a musician, he played in the groups “ Vruceleto ” (1996–1999) and “Green Road” (1999–2005). At various times he was a freelancer in the Musical Newspaper, and in the Belarusian Musical Alternative “ BMA group ” (1996-2001). He graduated from the Vitebsk State School of Arts (2005) with a degree in “Directing Folk Rites and Celebrations”: graduation work SPECA rock opera (music and lyrics by O. Tikhonov) [5] . He also studied at the Gomel High School of Cooking (1998).
He started his career as a producer with the OSIMIRA group (2004, producing the first disc of the group).
He is actively working to promote the Belarusian "live" music abroad.
As a TV designer and music video director, he created more than 300 TV commercials on various topics.

Married since 2001: Tikhonova Tatiana Vladimirovna (1981). Four children [5] .
2002—2007
From 2002 to 2005, he was the program director of the radio station “Lux” (Vitebsk), where he created on the radio the program “BULBA-LUX” dedicated to Belarusian music. He was also a radio host of the programs “Musical Voyage” and “Vitebsk Hit”. He was fired on August 1, 2005.

In 2008, together with like-minded people (Andrei Polovchenya, Sergey Budkin, Vitaly Brovko) created the WorldMusicTree festival, the gala-concert of which was held at the Summer Amphitheater, and the participants included the Trinity ethno-trio, Palace and Osimira. Oleg also once again oversaw the Belarusian qualifying round of the international festival of live music “Air” (Russia, Karelia). [7] . In the same year, Oleg becomes a concert producer of the medieval music ensemble " Stary Olsa ", and together with Gleb Morozov creates the Internet radio station "NETradio Ethnoza", which worked until 2011.
2009
In May 2009, he was invited to the post of music producer at the festival PARK KIEVSKAYA RUS, where he worked until 2011. As one of the producers of the festival " Jazz Koktebel " in July organized a qualifying round of the festival " Jazz Koktebel ". After a series of successful joint concerts with the group " ethno-trio TRINIC ", he becomes the concert manager of the group.

2010
In 2010, together with the Ukrainian promoter, Eugenia Strizhevskaya, he created the project-festival “THE DAYS OF THE RIGHT BELARUSIAN MUSIC IN KIEV”. The first parties of the festival were held in the Kiev club "44". Among the participants of the "First Season" were: Silver Wedding , Kusudama , Osimira , The Toobes , Yellow Brick Road . The project was continued in November 2010. Second season parties were held on November 25-27 under the patronage of Oleg Skrypka , in the Kiev club Sullivan Room. Among the participants of the “Second season” of the festival were: the Trinity Ethno-trio , Konstantin Goryachiy's Trio , Sergey Pukst , CherryVata , The Apples , Flyaus and Klyainn , Nagual . [9]
In the same year, Oleg organized the Belarusian-Russian promo-tour of the international festival “Jazz Koktebel” - “Koktebel Jazz. Festival Trip. Concerts were held in Kazan, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Petrozavodsk and Vitebsk. In the concerts took part: Silver Wedding , Alexey Kuznetsov , Safety Magic , Nina Karlsson , Hvarna , Venger Collective , OPA , Akana , Morfe Acoustic Band , A-JAZZ .

Together with Garik Oganzhanyan, the Beatles Festival “ Ob-la-ki, Ob-la-ka ” (Vitebsk, June 17–19, 2011) [11] came up with and held the Beatles, the main guest of which was Boris Grebenshchikov.
