Railway station ( Krasnoselka ) on the Chelyabinsk - Troitsk line , 70 km south of the regional center .

History

The first buildings of the village date back to 1946 .

The status of an urban-type settlement has been since 1952 .

It was built in 1954-1958 as a mining village at the coal mines Kullarskaya 1-2, Kullarskaya 3, Krasnoselskaya, as well as the Krasnogorsky open pit mine in the developed Emanzhelinsky deposit of the Chelyabinsk coal basin . Most coal enterprises in the village were closed in the late 1990s.

Economics

The main enterprises of the village: the largest pig complex in the Chelyabinsk region, a feed mill (part of Agrofirma-Ariant LLC), an abrasive tool plant. There is also an abrasive plant in the village.
