Biography
In 1991 he graduated from the Saratov Medical Institute . In 1996-2002, he taught at the Department of Urology of the Saratov Medical University (Assistant, Associate Professor, Professor, Head of the Department) [4] , at the same time - the Chief Doctor of the Saratov Regional Hospital of War Veterans [5] .
On June 14, 2002, he was elected Rector of the Saratov State Medical University named after V.I. Razumovsky. Organized by the Research Institute of Fundamental and Clinical Uronephrology [5] [6] .
From March 24, 2010 he was appointed Acting Rector of MMA. I.M. Sechenov; June 15, 2010 was elected rector of the First Moscow State Medical University named after I. M. Sechenov [5] [7] .
Director of the Research Institute of Uronephrology and Human Reproductive Health. Chairman of the Council of Rectors of Medical and Pharmaceutical Universities of Russia, Vice-President of the Russian Union of Rectors, Co-Chairman of the Russian-Chinese Association of Medical Universities [5] . Member of the Council for Science and Education under the President of the Russian Federation (since 2013).
Scientific Activities
In 1996 he defended his PhD ("Functional properties of platelets and antiaggregatory activity of the vascular wall in patients with gestational pyelonephritis"), in 2001 - his doctoral dissertation ("Optimization of treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with senile osteoporosis").
Corresponding Member of the RAMS (28.4.2005) [8] , Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2014), Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2016).
He is a co-author of over 150 scientific papers, including 9 monographs, 10 textbooks and teaching aids [4] , 23 inventions. Member of the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation [5] .

His wife is Galina Khamitovna Glybochko, Candidate of Medical Sciences (2007) [9] .
