- Before the start of the season the team “Fetrovik” (Khust) was called “Andesit”.
- Before the start of the season, the team “Lysonya” (Berezhany) changed its name to “Falcon” and performed under this name in the first round.
- Before the start of the season, the Silur team (Khartsyzsk) was called the Miner, and in the first round it was called the Kanatchik.
- In the first round, the Niva-Borisfen team (Mironovka) was called the Niva . “Niva-Borisfen” (Mironovka) remained in the transitional league, and its place in the second league was taken by the new team “Borisphen” (Boryspil) , which included a number of players from the Niva-Borisfen team.
