History

In accordance with the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of June 23, 1951, the Executive Committee of the Ryazan City Council of Workers' Deputies (decision No. 5351 of July 3, 1951) formed three districts in Ryazan, including Oktyabrsky.
