Biography
The family has Polish and Ukrainian roots.
He graduated from high school in the Crimea , after graduation he came to Moscow .
He graduated from Moscow State Technical University named after N. E. Bauman , continued his studies at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov .
At the same time he worked in the scientific and production association "Energy" ( Korolev , Moscow region ).
In 1997, he was ordained deacon in the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in St. Petersburg .
In 1998, he graduated from the Higher Catholic Seminary in Bialystok ( Poland ) and, after graduation, was ordained priest in the Cathedral of Moscow .
As of 2018 - General Secretary of the Conference of Catholic Bishops of Russia , Chancellor of the Curia (Diocesan Administration) of the Archdiocese of Mother of God , member of the Board of Advisers and the Council of Priests of the Archdiocese of Mother of God [1] and administrator of the parish of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul in Moscow .
Since April 16, 2009 - Member of the Council for Cooperation with Religious Associations under the President of the Russian Federation [2] .
