Biography
In the late 1960s, he participated in South African serial car racing, in 1971 he moved to Formula Ford, and also started racing in sports cars on the Lola-T212. In 1972, he purchased a Formula 5000 car Surtis, in which he won the South African championship of this formula. Thrice participated in the Grand Prix of South Africa of the Formula 1 World Cup driving various cars of local teams, all three times invariably getting to the finish line outside the test zone. Since 1976, he started in the South African Championship in the racing of serial cars of the Touring class, whose champion he became in 1977-1978. Later he left the race and went into business.
