KazTransCom JSC is a telecommunication company that provides communication services in the Republic of Kazakhstan .
KazTransCom JSC was established in 2001 as a result of the merger of three companies: CaspiyMunaiBaylanys JSC, Aktyubneftesvyaz JSC and Bailanys JSC. Shares of KazTransCom JSC are freely traded on KASE . [1] According to the data provided by KASE (Kazakhstan Stock Exchange), the owners of the company are Rodnik INK LLP - 81.77% of the total number of offered shares (1907556 shares) and M. A. Abdrakhmanov - 9.99% of the total the number of shares placed (233,090 shares) [2] .
The company implements telecommunication projects in Kazakhstan, has branches in the cities of Atyrau , Aktau , Uralsk , Aktobe , Astana , Alma-Ata , Pavlodar , Karaganda , Shymkent .
The company's communications infrastructure includes :
- cable trunk network of KazTransCom JSC, with a length of 11 thousand km.
- more than 300 satellite stations providing full coverage of the territory of Kazakhstan, including corporate networks of the largest customers: JSC "NC" KazMunayGas "JSC" Intergas Central Asia "JSC" KazTransOil ";
KazTransCom JSC is actively developing fiber-optic trunk communication lines and has a unique opportunity to provide a range of telecommunication services in Kazakhstan, including :

In February 2014, the company announced [4] that it would participate in the TASIM (Trans-Eurasian Information Superhighway) project from Kazakhstan. The corresponding memorandum was signed by five operators: China Telecom (China), KazTransCom (Kazakhstan), Rostelecom (Russia), Turk Telekom (Turkey) and the Center for International Relations and Settlements of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan.
In 2015, the operator reported a substantial increase in revenue and profit. They increased, respectively, by +14.6% and 2.4 times [5] .
