Biography
From 1993 to 1996 studied at American College in London at the Department of International Business and Management. He is also a graduate of the Law Faculty of Baku State University (1997-2001). He speaks Russian, Turkish, English. In 1998 - 2005, he worked at SOCAR , in the management of foreign investments as the head of the sales and marketing of natural gas department. From 1999 to 2001 He was involved in the creation, and later headed the National Aluminum Company Azeraluminium.
Political career
He was twice elected deputy of the Milli Majlis from the 37th first Nizami ( Ganja ) constituency as an independent deputy (2005-2010; 2010-2015). Member of the Standing Committee on International Relations and Inter-Parliamentary Relations. Member of the working groups on inter-parliamentary relations Azerbaijan - United Arab Emirates , Azerbaijan - United Kingdom , Azerbaijan - Indonesia , Azerbaijan - Kuwait , Azerbaijan - Latvia , Azerbaijan - Luxembourg and Azerbaijan - Uzbekistan .
From 2005 to 2015 He was a member of the National Parliamentary Delegation of Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe , was a member of the Monitoring Committee of the Council of Europe .
Personal life
Married. The father of one child.
