Biography
In 1892 he graduated from the Institute of Civil Engineers . He taught at the institute; in 1898-1905 he also taught practical electrical engineering at the Electrotechnical School of the Imperial Russian Technical Society . In 1901, he was sent by the Institute abroad on the construction of trams and subways in European cities.
He participated in the construction of the central city power station of the Belgian Society in St. Petersburg , in the construction of the central station and the electrical equipment of the elevator buildings of the St. Petersburg port .
