Name Origin
In the 15th-19th centuries, the Red Village was located here, at which there was the Red Pond, previously called the Great. At the beginning of the XX century, the pond was launched, in its place urban development began, during which the Big and Small Krasnoprudny lanes arose. In 1938, Maly Krasnoprudny Lane was renamed a dead end.
Description
The Small Krasnoprudny dead end begins near the railway of the Yaroslavl direction, passes to the northeast, then turns at a right angle to the southeast and goes to the Great Krasnoprudny dead end.
