Game career
He started playing football in Ternopol. For seven years he played in the Avangard club (Ternopil) , in which he became the champion of Ukraine in 1968.
At the age of 21, he received the title of Master of Sports of the USSR, speaking for the Avangard team in the USSR Championship among societies and departments (1965 - champion) [1] .
At the end of 1970, at the invitation of Eugene Lemeshko, he moved to the "Shipbuilder" (Nikolaev) . In 1971 he spent a season for “shipbuilders”, at the end of which he was drafted into the army. He served in the Tiraspol Zvezda .
Since 1974 again in Nikolaev. For 6 years he spent 204 games, scored 6 goals, was the team captain.
Coaching career
Since 1980 - on coaching. First he worked in the team of KFK "Ocean" (Nikolaev), then in the "Shipbuilder".
Since 1982, with a short break, he worked in the Sports School "Sudostroitel" (now - SDYUSHOR "Nikolaev"). At the end of the 80s, he was simultaneously a coach of the youth team of the Ukrainian SSR. In 1989, together with Valery Shvedyuk, he led the team to win the Cup of the Komsomol Central Committee “Nadezhda”. Three times he occupied the second and once - the third [1] .
In 1992, he worked as the head coach of Evisa. He attracted Zabransky , Myzenko , Ulyanitsky and others to the team [1] . However, at the end of the season, the team flew out of the Premier League.
In the 2000s, he worked in the Nikolaev Regional Football Federation . Inspected the matches of the championship of the region .
Achievements
- Champion of the Ukrainian SSR : 1968 (as part of the Vanguard ).
