Malokurilskaya is a small bay on the northern shore of the island of Shikotan , Sakhalin Oblast of Russia .

The entrance to the bay is located between Cape Dumnova and Cape Trezubets. Open to the north, protrudes into the island for 1 km. The width of the entrance to the bay is about 350 m. The depth is up to 15 m at the entrance [1] .
On the shore of the bay, Shikotan volcano (405 m) [2] , on the slopes of which taiga vegetation grows. The shore is mostly low and gentle, sandy. Several streams flow into the bay. Soil in the bay silt and sand [3] .
On the coast of the bay is the village port of Malokurilskoye . The only bay on the South Kuril Islands, where large vessels are moored at the pier [4] . Dredging is periodically carried out in the bay [3] .
The tide height in the bay is 1.0 m [2] .
