Notes
- ↑ Tex Avery's filmography on Tex Avery Tribute
- ↑ Officially, the characters are nowhere called bears; belonging to bears suggests their design. Among the fans of Avery, there are those who consider George and Toddler dogs.
- ↑ The names of the characters in different films change, George sometimes appears on the screen under the name Burns, and the Kid - Lenny. Nevertheless, this comedic duet is known to the general public precisely as “George and the Kid”.
- ↑ It is believed that the creation of these characters by Tex Avery was inspired by the novel Nobel laureate John Steinbeck “ On Mice and Men ” , whose heroes are two laborers wandering during the Great Depression , George Milton and a weak-minded giant named Lenny Small .
