History

The village of Volosnikovka, on the Tetyushka River, was founded by soldiers of the elected regiment Hagghey Shepelev , who received land here for their active participation in the destruction of the gangs of Stenka Razin . In 1675, the soldiers of that regiment, Nikon Sergeyev Yashnov and Savva Kovshennikov with their comrades, a total of 9 people, each received 20 quarters of the “wild field” from the ground against the Tetyush tower on both sides of the Tetyushka river. In 1676, six soldiers of the same regiment were endowed with land here, Pavel Temnikov and Ilya Gryaznov with comrades, each of 20 same quarters. In 1681, they were joined by the soldier Fedor Yakovlev Yashnov, who received the same amount of land. In 1683, the same estate was granted to others and "to the same sides as soldier Ivan Krokhin." In 1693, Fedor Yakovlev Yashnov "let" his nephew, Gabriel Kharitonov Yashnov, "surrender" to himself, and in the next 1694 he surrendered both sides of the river "between its borders". Aunts for rent to Nikon Sergeyev Yashnov, for the construction of a "bulk" mill. Subsequently, the local lands of the primary sensors begin to gradually pass into extraneous hands.

Count ass. Daria Ivanovna Pashkova bought 1) in 1766 , from the ensign Peter and his nephew, lips. sec Osip Yashnov - 115 quarters, 2) in 1768 , from quartermaster Akim Ievlev (heir to Savva Kovshennikov) - 25 quarters and 3) in 1771 , from ensign Alexander and captain Ivan Durasov (heirs of Ivan Krokhin) - 20 quarters [2] . All these 60 quarters of Pashkov passed, “by dowry,” to her son-in-law, Major General Alexander Arsenyev. In 1777 , the boundary office sold D.I. Pashkova 700 acres of forest near the village. Volosnikovki, 500 acres of arable land on the river. Selde, below s. Yushanskago, yes 300 acres on the river. Sviyage, only 1,500 acres, but soon this land was taken from Pashkova, the sale was recognized invalid, because the sold land was not "covered" with state land, but controversial; on 300 acres, arable soldiers p. Volosnikovki, at 500 acres - Art. owls Evgraf Vasilievich Tatishchev, and 700 dessiatines, already dissociated by Pashkova, were taken away from her “for one with the others”. She complained to the Senate, but to no avail and subsequently these 700 dessiatines were granted to the Privy Councilor, Count Christian Sergeyevich Minikh [3] [4] , and from him they went to Adjutant General Nikolai Alexandrovich Isleniev, from whom, in 1876, he bought them later honor. Citizen Alexander Dmitrievich Sachkov.

The clerk, Ivan Larionov Yashnov, sold the artillery, in 1731, to the commissar's wife Marya Ivanovna Amineva, 20 quarters, and Amineva sold them, in 1733 , to her grandson, second-major Stepan Fedorovich Mitkov, who was inherited by her daughter, major Alexander Stepanovna Zhikhareva. However, not all of the first settlers sold their estates; in some of them, the land passed from generation to generation, why even now [5] names have been preserved, for example wastelands: “Gryaznovskaya” - by the name of the first sensor Ilya Gryaznov, “Yashnaya” - by the name of the Yashnovs, so the descendants of these elected a regiment of soldiers, subsequently plowmen, who were transformed, eventually, into specific peasants, constantly owned land at s. Volosnikovke.

The general land surveying lasted 30 years here: it began in 1798 , but as a result of a dispute between the co-owners: Pashkova, Zhikhareva and arable soldiers, in 1819 a check of the land survey was carried out, and the boundary was approved by the Senate only in 1827 , the plan was drawn up only in 1839 . During this time, Arsenyev managed to sell the land to captain Alexander Lvovich Bychkov, who in Volosnikovka, in 1840 , had a manor house, 206 souls of peasants - (47 yards) and 2573 dessiatins. 1200 soot. land; arable soldiers (there were 92 men and 134 women (21 yards), and 990 dess. 1668 soot belonged to them. Bychkov sold the land left behind the allotment of peasants (1701 dess. 1200 soot.), in 1870, to Baroness Sofya Alexandrovna Stremfeld; this estate was transferred from her, by will, to her husband, Baron Klyaz Karlovich Stremfeld, and he bequeathed to his former manager, nobleman Vladimir Konstantinovich Merlin, who has owned the estate since 1899 .

The society of former peasants A. L. Bychkova was given, for 218 revision souls (88 yards) a full allotment - 872 tithes of convenient land (manor 40 dessiatines, arable land 812 dessiatins and pasture 20 dessiatines), and then it bought another 18 dessiatines from the inheritance . 1000 soot. and, for grazing cattle, rents over 200 acres of meadows from neighboring landowners. Former specific peasants, 139 souls, (40 yards) received 1399 dessiatins. 3100 soot. land (manor 16 dess., arable land 1108 dess. 1100 soot., pasture 36 dess. 1800 soot., meadows 198 dess. 700 soot. and uncomfortable 40 dess. 1900 soot.). In 1903, there were 235 households and 1394 people (688 men and 706 women) residents.

The church in the village of Volosnikovka was originally built in 1693 , in the name of St. Cosmas and Damian , but, in all likelihood, there was a second chapel in the church, since in the documents of 1694 Volosnikovka is called not only the village of Kozmodemyansky, but also the village of Vvedensky and it refers to the Church of the Introduction of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The current church, stone, was built in 1851 by Alexander Lvovich Bychkov.

The school was opened here in 1886 , but a separate building for it was built by society only in 1894 .
