It would seem that the time of bloody showdowns is forever a thing of the past. A certain Western company wants to make a film about the most successful businessmen of St. Petersburg. A talented journalist Igor Nikiforov and his faithful cameraman Philip take charge of the order. He copes brilliantly with the task and receives an impressive fee. Moreover, during the collection of material Igor meets Irina, the daughter of one of the heroes of his film, falls in love with her, and mutually. That's just around this film a mountain of corpses grows. Nikiforov himself falls into the alteration.

First Series

Near St. Petersburg, in a country house, fearing an assassination attempt, banker Nikolai Ivanovich Naumov is hiding. The journalist Igor Nikiforov receives an offer from Mr. Sergey Maximov, the owner of a western company, to make a film about the most famous businessmen of St. Petersburg. At the request of Kudasov, Nikiforov includes Baboon Jr. among the heroes of his film on the crime bosses. That of vanity agrees.
