Oleg Ivanovich Denisenko (born April 15, 1962 , Lyuboml , Volyn Oblast , Ukrainian SSR ) is a Russian political figure . State Duma of the fifth and sixth convocations (the Communist Party faction ).

Biography
Born into a military family.
In 1983 he graduated from the Omsk Higher Combined Arms Command School named. MV Frunze , in 1992 - the Military Academy. MV Frunze , in 2003 - the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of Russia .
From 1996 to 1999, he served as a senior officer in the department of the anti-terrorist center of the FSB of Russia in Khabarovsk , deputy head of the combat department of the Alpha department of the Special Purpose Center of the FSB. He participated in counter-terrorism operations in the Nord-Ost and Beslan . [1] In 2005, he resigned as reserve colonel . [1] Since 2005, he has headed the board of directors of Novko OJSC.
In 2007 he was elected a deputy of the State Duma of the fifth convocation on the electoral list of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation in the Omsk Region . The Communist Party received 11.6% of votes in the region, which gave it the right to one deputy mandate, but Alexander Kravets , first secretary of the Omsk regional committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, refused it in favor of Denisenko [2] . In the State Duma joined the Communist Party faction , took the post of deputy chairman of the security committee.
In February 2009, he was in the “first hundred” of the reserve of managerial personnel under the patronage of the President of Russia [3] . On March 4, 2009, Denisenko, among 28 participants in the presidential reserve, met with President Dmitry Medvedev in the Kremlin. A number of media outlets considered the possibility that Denisenko’s candidacy could be proposed for the post of governor of the Omsk Region [4] [5] .
In 2011, he was elected a deputy to the State Duma of the sixth convocation , a member of the Communist Party faction, deputy chairman of the committee on security and anti-corruption, member of the commission for reviewing federal budget expenditures aimed at ensuring national defense, national security and law enforcement.
Member of the Standing Committee of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member States on Economics and Finance.
