Biography
Born on January 28, 1955 in the city of Chimkent . Comes from the subgenus Murat of the Kuandyk clan of the Argyn tribe . [1] [2] .
Since 1962 he lived in the city of Karaganda , where in 1973 he graduated from high school number 3.
After graduation, he worked as a fire driver in the Karaganda Oblast Executive Committee.
After serving in the Soviet Army in August 1976, he was enrolled in the first year of full-time studies at the Law Faculty of Karaganda State University, which he graduated with honors in 1981.
After undergoing three months of training in the Soviet People’s District Court of the city of Karaganda in November 1981, he was elected a people's judge.
From 1984 to 1993, he served as chairman of the Nurinsky district court of the Karaganda region .
From 1993 to 1999, he served as chairman of the Karaganda Regional Court.
In April 1999, he was appointed chairman of the judicial board for criminal cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Acted as Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From October to December 2000, he was chairman of the Judicial Administration Committee under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On December 21, 2000, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On December 15, 2005, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a second constitutional term.
From April 2, 2009 to 2012, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan .
