Andre Buacler ( fr. André Boisclair , born April 14, 1966 , Montreal , Quebec , Canada ) - Canadian politician , social democrat , leader of the Quebec party from November 15, 2005 to May 8, 2007 , openly gay [1] .

Born in a wealthy French-speaking family. He studied at Jean-de-Brebeufskom College, headed the student organization. Then he entered the University of Montreal , but two years later, without completing his studies, he left. In 2004 he graduated from the Harvard Institute of Public Administration. John F. Kennedy .
Entered the Quebec Party in 1984. In 1989, he was elected to the Quebec Parliament . He has held the posts of Minister of Social Development, Immigration and the Environment in various cabinets of the Quebec government. He was elected as the leader of the Quebec party on November 15, 2005 , however, after losing in 2007, after losing the party in the elections, he resigned from the post of party leader, and later abandoned the deputy chair.
