Theater History
The Small Drama Theater "Teatron" was organized in Yekaterinburg in October 1987 .
The first performance is “Under One Roof” by L. Razumovskaya.
The theater’s repertoire includes performances based on the works of classics (“At the bottom” by M. Gorky , “Viewpoint” by V. Shukshin , productions based on plays by Silver Age writers) and contemporary playwrights (“Morning Victim” by V. Malyagin , “Equus” by P. Schaffer , “Hamlet on the contrary” by T. Stoppard ).
Participation in festivals:
- Laureate of the All-Union Festival in Omsk, 1991
- festival "Real Theater" in Yekaterinburg, 2000
- international festival "Theater without Borders" in Magnitogorsk, 2000 (award "for a harmonious acting duet")
- Grand Prix of the International Festival "Young Theaters of Russia", 2002
- Diploma winner of the New Drama festivals (Moscow, 2003, St. Petersburg, 2004).
In 1998, Teatron went on a tour to Germany, and in 2004 to Poland.
The theater played at different venues in the city, from August 2016 - Mamina-Sibiryaka Street, 85-B [2] , and from September 2018 - Pushkin Street, 12 (Writers House) [3] .
