Biography

Olga was born on September 21, 1976 in Moscow . Since childhood, she lived in the Orekhovo-Borisovo Yuzhnoye area . Father - Stanislav Yurievich Bobovich, a civil servant, worked as the chief engineer of the plant in Lyubertsy. Mother - Leah Pogodina, actress [4] [5] .

Since childhood, Olga was not able to constantly attend high school because of poor health, so Lia Alexandrovna was forced to sacrifice her acting career and devote many years to her daughter's home education. The schoolgirl had to receive secondary education externally. At the age of sixteen, she decided to follow in the footsteps of her mother and entered the Shchukin school [4] [5] .

From the very beginning and throughout all the years of my studies at Schuka, student Pogodina and the course leader Marina Aleksandrovna Panteleeva did not have a relationship. Each year, Panteleeva posed a question to the department about Olga’s professional unsuitability, but each time the department’s leadership left the student on the course. In the last year, the leader refused to occupy Pogodina in the graduation performances, therefore, in the form of the only exception in the history of the Shchukin school, pro-rector Pyotr Glebovich Popov and teacher Vladimir Petrovich Poglazov undertook rehearsing with the rebellious student in the staging of Chekhov's stories. As a result, in 1997 Olga Pogodina graduated from the B.V. Shchukin Higher Theater School (course of Marina Aleksandrovna Panteleeva), and in the diploma of the graduate, signed by Panteleeva, on the subject "Actor's Skill" is "five" [4] .

After the release of the movie “Indestructible”, in which Pogodina played the role of the wife of the protagonist - a tanker, in an interview she expressed her opinion about the role of women in the war: “Women in the war are terribly unfair, but they were forced to be there. The tanks broke down, there was no one to repair them, since the men fought, and the technicians were women, as a rule. A woman in war is a tragic topic. They were often considered prostitutes. They said that they went to the front for certain services. In general, the war is so disgusting, it leads a ball of dirt, stench, death. Women in the war repaired tanks, were pilots. Despite the fact that war is a place where a woman absolutely should not be ” [7] .
