Poetry and Author's Song
With his lyric poems he made his debut in the late 1960s on the pages of the newspaper Komsomolets Kirgizii. The first collection of poems was published in Frunze in 1983. By that time, Anes Zarifyan had already gained fame in the USSR as a bard, the author of poetry songs that he had written since 1979. He became a laureate of many All-Union and regional festivals of songwriters: Alma-Ata (1980 ), Kazan (1981), Chimgan (1981, 1982, 1986), XXV anniversary Moscow rally (1981), Kharkov (1981), Volgograd (1981). Then began his concert and performing activities, performances with his own programs in Leningrad, Moscow, Tula, Kaluga, the Baltic States, Ukraine, the Urals, and in all the capitals of the Central Asian republics. As a member of the jury, an honored guest, the head of creative workshops, he participated in regional (Frunze - 1981, Osh - 1986, Vilnius - 1988. Alma-Ata - 1988, Minsk - 1988) and All-Union (Saratov - 1986, Tallinn - 1988, Kiev - 1990) festivals of the author’s song, and especially often - in the famous Grushinsky rallies (Samara).
Famous Kyrgyz critic Andrei Ryabchenko notes that:
“In his, perhaps, the main hypostasis - the author’s song - Zarifyan appears as a sixties bard. In his singing verses, there is a lot of irony and rudeness, a youthful removal of a fighter for truth, who is ready to fight evil in Don Quixote. As a songwriter, he vividly feels the changes taking place in the world, and responds to them, waving left and right with a good irony-skewer, trying to hit many negative phenomena in the very “heart” and guided by the dictates of his conscience. If a list was compiled from each former Soviet republic by bard that they could stand on a par with Bulat Okudzhava, Vladimir Vysotsky or Alexander Galich, then, undoubtedly, Zarifyan would represent Kyrgyzstan. ”
On his initiative, almost all the leading bards of the country came to concerts in the capital of the republic ( Veronika Dolina , Sergey and Tatyana Nikitina, Viktor Berkovsky , Julius Kim, Vadim Egorov, Yuri Kukin, Igor Mikhalev, Mikhail Volodin, poet Igor Irtenyev and many others) .
He is the author of 11 poetic books (“Contrary to Nothingness”: Poems. - Frunze: Kyrgyzstan, 1983; “Attraction”: Poems. - Frunze: Kyrgyzstan, 1985; “Non-Painful”: Poems. - Frunze: Adabiat. 1990; “Perestroika”. - Bishkek: Knigolyub, 1991; “Poetic dedications to the anniversaries of healthcare” - Bishkek: LLC “Kazak”, 1999; “Anes's Chronicle from Bishkek, compiled at the end of the century with a free, poetic pen - about the great, sad and funny.” Book 1. - Bishkek: “Biyiktik”, 2001; “Poetic therapy” - Bishkek: LLC “Bishkektransit”, 2002; “For life reasons” - Bishkek to: LLC “Bishkektransit”, 2004; “Chronicle ...” Book 2 - Bishkek: 2005; “Until the soul flew away” - Bishkek: LLC “Altyn Tamga”, 2006) and the songbook “There is no way the end. In February 1989, he was admitted to the Union of Writers of the USSR, and is currently a member of the joint venture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In 2012, his six-volume collected works of the political satire "Kyrgyz Chronicles", written in poetic language, were published.
In a review posted on New Literature of Kyrgyzstan, critic and literary critic Andrei Ryabchenko writes:
Zarifyan appears in this annals not only as a satirist, but also as a chronicler. According to his journalism, one can study the history of Kyrgyzstan of the described period, because before each new poem a prose preamble is given that describes the occasion that became the impetus for the appearance of the poem. In the six-volume collected works “Kyrgyz Chronicles” it is difficult to find high intimate poetry or a sophisticated metaphor. However, the genre does not imply this. One thing is for sure: Anes Zarifyan, a lyric poet, a satirical poet and a physiologist, sometimes making fun of us in our empty efforts and conceited aspirations, has long found its place in the niche of contemporary Russian-language literature in Kyrgyzstan.
Since May 1999, a full member of the International Academy of Informatization (Moscow-Geneva).
He led a regular column on the problems of higher education in the capital's newspaper Morning Bishkek, often speaking in the republic’s mass media on various aspects of health care reform and medical education. Screenwriter, and often director of many theatrical performances: presidential, student balls and forums, professional holidays for medical workers, teachers, cultural workers, and many others. other
In 1992 he was awarded the honorary title “Honored Worker of Culture of Kyrgyzstan”, in 2003, in connection with the 10th anniversary of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, he was awarded the Dunk medal (“Glory”), and in 2008 - the Order “ Danaker "(analogue to the Russian Order of Friendship of Peoples").
His many years of fruitful scientific and pedagogical work are also marked with honorary marks “Excellent student of public education of the Kyrgyz SSR” (1983), “For success in research work” (1985), “For excellent success in the field of higher education of the USSR” (1987), “Excellent student of public health in the republic” "(1996), certificates of honor and diplomas of the Ministry of Higher Education of the USSR and the Kyrgyz SSR, the State Sports Committee of the Republic, the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan (1996).
