The Futsal Africa Championship is the main futsal competition of the countries belonging to the African Confederation of Football . It has been held since 1996 every four years. According to the results of the tournament, teams are selected that will represent Africa at the next World Cup . The most successful team in the history of the competition is the Egyptian national team , which has won three out of five championships.
