Biography
He received a degree in economics and law in the Kiev National Economic University with a degree in International Economics and Law.
In 1997 he began working in the Russian-American investment company (IC) Prospect Investments.
In 2000–2002, he served as Managing Director at Foyil Securities New Europe, then as Director at IC IFC.
In 2004, he founded and headed IC Concorde Capital , is its CEO. Over the years, the company is among the top three investment companies in Ukraine (according to research by the largest international news agency Thomson Reuters) [1] .
In 2008–2016, he served as Chairman of the Exchange Council of the Ukrainian Exchange OJSC [2] .
In 2013, he became co-owner of the TYME payment system. In 2018, the National Bank of Ukraine canceled the registration of this payment system due to cooperation with the “Russian payment system banned in Ukraine” [3] .
From July to September 2014 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of PJSC " Alfa-Bank " [4] .
In 2016, Concorde Capital IC won the first place in the Thomson Reuters Extel Survey rating in the Ukraine: Analytics nomination (Ukraine: country research). The rating was based on a survey of international investment funds and public companies [5] .
From November 10, 2016 to August 14, 2018, Igor Mazepa was a member of the supervisory board of PJSC "Ukrsotsbank".

Igor Mazepa and Concorde Capital have been supporting the Ukrainian rowing team for many years.
In 2016, the team of the rowing club Concorde Capital took 2nd place in the rowing competitions of the Prince Albert II Cup, which took place on February 20-21, 2016 in Monte Carlo ( Monaco ). CEO Igor Mazepa was directly involved in the competition.

Fund managers made extensive use of operations with poorly liquid assets ("junk papers"). This is not prohibited by law, but in the face of a fall in the stock market of Ukraine, it carried increased risks for investors. [14] .
In 2015, Igor Alexandrovich became one of the founders of the company “PrivateFX”, which bought a client base and a number of technological developments [16] from the ruined financial pyramid “Forex Trend” [15 ] , which allowed attracting a significant number of former customers to the new company. ". Information about the 100% equity participation of Igor Mazepa in the capital of the new company was publicly confirmed by PrivateFX CEO Alexander Bykov in May 2016 [17] . In April 2017, PrivateFX shareholders sold the PrivateFX broker to an offshore company Prime Broker, after which Igor Mazepa officially resigned from the company's shareholders. In February 2016, the SEC reported that in the case of the theft of news information, Concorde Bermuda Ltd., which is considered to be related to Concorde Capital [20] , without rejecting and not accepting the claims of the lawsuit, agreed to execute the court decision that Concorde Bermuda accuses Ltd. in violation of the US Securities Trading Act and the Securities Act , and prescribes that $ 4.2 million of illegally obtained profits be paid into the state’s revenue [21] [22] .
