Biography
The ideological formation of Alvaro Garcia Linera was influenced by the work of two classic Bolivian political authors: Fausto Reinagi and René Savaleta [1] .
On April 17, 2009, the Bolivian media reported on the exposure and neutralization of the “ terrorist group”, which was planning the physical destruction of President Morales and Vice President Alvaro Garcia Linera. During a shootout between police and intruders in the hotel Las Americas in Santa Cruz de la Sierra , three members of the terrorist group were killed and two were arrested . Among the terrorists are Romanians , Hungarians , Irishmen , Bolivians and Colombians , which indicates the possibility of the participation of hired killers in this regard. President Morales, who was in Venezuela that day, accused the right-wing opposition of attempting a coup d'état [2] [3] [4] .
