“The History of Diplomacy” is a multivolume work by Soviet historiographers who have analyzed international relations in successive periods of time; a brief history of diplomacy from ancient times to our time. Edited by V.P. Potemkin.

Three-volume edition (1873 pages) 1941-1945 in the series “Foreign Policy Library” of the publishing house “ OGIZ ”.

Historians S. V. Bakhrushin , A. V. Efimov , E. A. Kosminsky , A. L. Narochnitsky , V. P. Potemkin , V. S. Sergeev , S. D. Skazkin , E. V. Tarle and V M. Khvostov received the Stalin Prize in 1942 for collective work, the first volume of the History of Diplomacy, published in 1941 (first degree) [1] .
