Origin

During the reign of the previous Shanuy, Juidihou did not occupy any important place in the Huns. He did not have a title, although his brother was the Great East Duy , which indirectly indicates belonging to Luan Di (the Shanuy family). In any case, Xuilihu’s heir was still a child, and Han Wu-di was going to end the Hun, so he needed a shanyu that could repel aggression. So at the congress of the princes, Hanyu chose Juidihou.

Board

Juidihou took the throne in difficult times: the power of the Han empire was second to none. In 101-100, Shanuy ordered the release of all the detained Chinese ambassadors, except those who decided to stay in the Huns. In particular, Lu Chungo returned to China. To thank Jiuidihou, the Zhulangyan Su Wu was sent to the Huns and brought rich gifts to the shanyu, which made Shanyu very happy. At 99, Chinese adviser Zhao Pong escaped from shanyu.

Later in the year 99, Han Wu-di sent Lee Guangli Ershinsky with 30,000 cavalry. Guangli left Jiujuan and unexpectedly attacked the western Chjuki prince, smashing him and taking 10,000 prisoners. On the way back, the Huns caught up with him and caused damage to 7,000 people. The campaign of the second troops of the Yingyang Giangyun Ao and Lu Bode from the city of Xihe did not bring results. The third army of Kiduyu Li Ling (5,000 soldiers), leaving Xuyan, passed 500 km and stumbled upon the Hunnish army. Li Lin took up defense, and the Huns lost 10,000 trying to take the camp, but the Chinese ran out of supplies and they began to retreat. Almost everyone was killed, and Li Lin surrendered to the shanyu. According to Chinese information, 110,000 Huns fought against Li Ling (30 thousand Shanyuevs and 80 thousand troops of other princes.) Li Lin killed 13,000 Huns and defended themselves until the arrows and provisions ended, and if not for the assault of one officer who had discovered the Huns the plight of the army, Li Lin could very well have escaped. Li Lin surrendered to the Huns only out of a desire to save at least a few warriors, indeed, 400 people could be saved. However, Han Wu-di declared Li Lina a traitor. Shanuy forgave Li Ling and settled him in the Khagas region, and in 97 married him to his daughter, Li Ling's descendants ruled this area for a very long time and survived the crash of the Hunnu.

In 97, Han U-di ordered a new campaign on the Huns to begin. Lee Guangli Ershinsky with 60,000 cavalry and 100,000 infantry was sent to Ordos (Shofan). Lu Bode ( qiannu dui ) with 10,000 and Han Yue ( yuji gangyun ) from Yanmen with 10,000 cavalry and 30,000 infantry. Jiuidihou transferred the horde to the north bank of the Seushui River, and himself with 100,000 troops rose on the south bank. Jiuidihou and Li Guali fought for 6 days; on the sixth day, Li Guangli found out that his relatives were accused of witchcraft against Han Wu-di and executed. Li Guangli retreated. Ao and Yue fought unsuccessfully and retreated. In general, a grand campaign turned into a disaster.

In 96 BC e. Juidihou is dead.
