He started his professional career at Kvara Stars Club, then moved to the Enimba camp. Club career

He started his football career in the Kvara Stars club from the city of Ilorin , playing there from 1999 to 2000. Then he moved to the Enimba team, where he played for 5 seasons. As a member of the team, he became the champion of Nigeria four times ( 2002 , 2003 , 2005 , 2007 ), once the silver medalist of the Nigeria Championship ( 2004 ), the Nigeria Cup Winner 2005 and the Winner of the Nigeria Supercup 2003 . Dele also became the winner of African club tournaments: twice winner of the KAF Champions League ( 2003 and 2004 ) and twice winner of the CAF Super Cup ( 2004 , 2005 )

In the summer of 2007, he moved to the Israeli club Bnei Yehuda , replacing his compatriot Vincent Enyeamu , who went to the Tel Aviv-based Hapoel [2] . In the new team, Iyenugba took 1 number for himself. In the 2008/09 season , Bnei Yehuda took the 5th place in the Israel Championship and won the right to participate in the Europa League . On July 2, 2009, he made his debut in European competitions, in the first round of the Europa League against Azerbaijani “ Simurg ” (0: 1) [3] . In the second leg, the Israelis also won (3-0) and advanced to the next round. In the Israeli Cup 2009/10 , Bnei Yehuda reached the final, where she lost to Hapoel from Tel Aviv (3: 1). Career in the national team

As part of the junior national team of Nigeria, up to 17 years spent 17 matches, in the youth team up to 20 years he played in 11 games. In the Nigerian U-23 team, he took part in 5 meetings.

In the national team of Nigeria, he made his debut on November 16, 2005 in a friendly match against Romania (3: 0) [10] .
