The rheology of disperse systems is a branch of rheology that studies the deformation and fluidity of disperse systems (suspensions, pastes, aerosols and other colloidal systems ). The rheology of dispersed systems also includes hemorheology, soil rheology. The properties of dispersed systems ( viscosity , fluidity , yield strength, stability, etc.) largely depend on the properties of interfaces, dispersion, and the presence of surfactants . The laws of rheology of dispersed systems play an important role in industry (in the production of ceramics, cement), food industry, and medicine.
