The first newspaper in the city of Pereslavl. The body of the Pereslavl interim executive committee. A3 format, volume 2 strips. Editor SR Mikhail Ivanovich Mikhnevich. [1] Subscription price for one month 50 kopecks.
The first issue of the newspaper was published on May 21, the last on December 4, 1917. A total of 29 issues are printed. The newspaper ceased by order of the Pereslavl Council of Workers 'and Soldiers' Deputies.
From the very first days, the newspaper pursues a policy of protecting the interim committee, and subsequently becomes the reactionary organ of the interim committee for the struggle against the Bolshevik Communist Party . [2]
Newspaper filing has been preserved in the State Public Historical Library and in the Russian National Library .
