Interscope-Geffen-A & M is an American record label group owned by the Universal Music Group . The company was established in 1999 when Geffen Records , A&M Records and Interscope Records formed the main three of UMG. Interscope-Geffen-A & M is the distributor of all three of these labels, but only in the United States of America. Outside the United States, Polydor Records is a distributor .
