Yuri Alekseevich Kostin (born August 1, 1965 , Moscow , RSFSR , USSR ) is a Soviet and Russian journalist , writer , public figure , entrepreneur , and figure in Russian FM broadcasting . General Director of Gazprom Media Radio (since December 2009). Vice President of the Russian Academy of Radio (RAP) (since February 4, 2010). Member of the Union of Writers of Moscow [1] . Cavalier of the Order of Friendship (2016) [2] .

Biography
- 1987 - Graduated from the Faculty of International Journalism, MGIMO-USSR Foreign Ministry [1]
- 1987-1990 - worked in the editorial office of the USSR State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting in the USA and England [1] ;
- 1990 - appointed as the responsible graduate of the broadcasting department for Great Britain and Northern Ireland of the Astra association of the International Moscow Radio [1] .
- 1992–2000 - CEO and co-founder of Radio 101 (101.2 FM);
- 2000-2002 - Editor-in-Chief of the Internet Broadcasting Portal 101.ru;
- 2002-2004 - General Producer of Autoradio and Radio Energy in Russia (104.2 FM);
- Since 2004, Vice President of Public Relations and International Relations, Gazprom Media Radio [1] .
- From 2004 to December 16, 2009 - Vice President of the Prof-Media Broadcasting Corporation, limited liability company (Moscow).
