Vladimir Vladimirovich Melnikov ( March 10, 1948 , Postavskoye, Belarus , USSR ) is a Russian businessman , the main owner and chairman of the board of directors of the largest Russian clothing company Gloria Jeans .

Biography
Parents died when he was a teenager. At the age of 12, she left school. From the age of 15 he worked at the Rostselmash plant. He graduated from the Trade Institute with a degree in commodity research [1] .
He was twice convicted of farsingling . He received a third term for foreign exchange operations, while trying to buy sewing machines abroad for his cooperative.
In 1988, he founded the company Gloria Jeans, which was one of the first to sell denim products in company stores.
In October 2011, he was noted by Forbes magazine as one of the 9 most unusual Russian businessmen - extravagancies, eccentrics and eccentrics [2] .
November 1, 2018 transferred the post of CEO of the company Sharen Jester Turnie .
Widower, have a son and daughter.
