Biography
Born in 1923 in the village of Moksob (Moshob [5] ) (now the Charodinsky district of the Republic of Dagestan ) in the family of an Avar peasant. He worked as a shepherd in the village of Tsurib in the same region.
In 1942 he was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army , immediately came to the front. Since 1942, he served as part of the coastal defense units of the city of Poti ( Georgia ) of the Black Sea Fleet .
In April 1943, naval officer Abdulmejidov was sent to the 384th separate battalion of the Marine Corps of the Black Sea Fleet, and in the autumn of that year he participated in landing operations to liberate Taganrog , Mariupol and Osipenko , in battles on the Kinburn Spit , and the liberation of the villages of Kherson Oblast Aleksandrovka (Epiphany, Epiphany now October) and the Wide Beam. In the battle for Alexandrovka, together with his friend Red Navy Demyanenko, Abdulmedzhidov destroyed 2 enemy firing points, and in the battle for the Wide Beam - the fascist pillbox.
In the second half of March 1944, he joined the landing group under the command of Senior Lieutenant Konstantin Fedorovich Olshansky . The task of the landing was to facilitate the frontal attack of the Soviet troops during the liberation of the city of Nikolaev , which was part of the Odessa operation . After disembarking in the seaport of Nikolaev, the detachment repulsed 18 enemy attacks within two days, destroying about 700 Nazis. In these battles, almost all the paratroopers heroically died, including the Red Navy A.D. Abdulmedzhidov.

- He was buried in a mass grave in the city of Nikolaev ( Ukraine ) in the square with 68 paratroopers.
