He played for the teams Avangard ( Ternopil ) (1970-1972), Dnipro ( Dnepropetrovsk ) (1972-1974), Dynamo ( Kiev ) (1975-1979), Lokomotiv ( Moscow ) (1980). Winner of the UEFA Super Cup 1975. Champion of the USSR 1975 and 1977.

For the USSR national team played 2 matches.
