Biography
- In 1969 he graduated from the Mechanics and Mathematics Department of Moscow State University .
- 1968-1971 - Senior Engineer of the Main Computing Center Miavtomosdor of the RSFSR, Moscow .
- 1971-1982 - Junior Researcher at the Moscow State Research and Design Institute.
- 1982-1987 - Head of Section of the Central Research Institute of Experimental Design.
- 1987-1989 - Head of the Laboratory of the Moscow Institute of Radio Electronics and Automation.
- 1989-1990 - leading researcher at the Institute of Economics and Forecasting of Scientific and Technical Progress of the USSR Academy of Sciences
- August 1990 - August 1991 - Deputy Minister of Education of the RSFSR.
- August 15 - November 15, 1991 - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR, Minister of Economy of the RSFSR [1] [2] . Then, until December 5 of that year - and. about. Minister of Economics of the RSFSR [3] .
- December 1991 - March 1994 - Director of the Center for Information and Social Technologies under the Government of the Russian Federation.
- March 11 - October 6, 1994 - Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Crimea.
- From January 1995 - Director of the Institute for Investment Problems of Menatep Bank, simultaneously from November 1999 - Chairman, since June 2000 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Trust and Investment Bank.
- 1996-2009 - Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Urban Economics Foundation .
- Since April 2003 - Scientific Director of the Institute for the Development of Education, SU – HSE.
- 2005-2009 - Scientific Director of the Federal Institute for the Development of Education.
He wrote poetry since childhood. Since 1962 he was a member of the group of poets "Eagles", which arose at the Mechmath of Moscow State University (it is also called the " Ioffe- Saburov Circle"). Until 1990 it was published abroad, the first publication in the USSR - in the Riga magazine "Rodnik". Poems were published in the magazines Theater, New World, and Banner. Author of articles and books on the modern Russian economy.
He was buried at the Troekurovsky cemetery .

Evgeny Saburov always seemed to me the freest of contemporary authors. Now, when he completely stopped caring about any “faceting” of his things, it became even more obvious. His poems touch some “unknown strings”, thereby revealing their existence.
