Biography
He has 2 higher educations: in the specialty “armament of ships” ( Naval diving school named after Lenin Komsomol , 1985 ) and in the specialty “state and municipal administration” ( North-West Academy of Public Administration , 1999 ).
In the period from 1992 to 2004 he was engaged in business, in 1999 - 2000 he was an adviser to the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory . From 2004 to 2006, he served as an assistant to the head of the Federal Agency for Sea and River Transport. From 2006 to 2008, he was Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport for Economics and Finance. From 2008 to 2009, he worked as Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Fisheries for Development of Infrastructure and Fleet.
On March 21, 2009, after the voluntary resignation of Yuri Evdokimov , Russian President Dmitry Medvedev proposed Dmitry Dmitrienko as governor [1] . March 25 was vested with the powers of the Governor of the Murmansk region for a period of 5 years [2] [3] .
On April 4, 2012, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the early termination of powers of the Governor of the Murmansk Region Dmitry Dmitrienko with the wording “of his own free will” [4] .
In January 2013, Dmitriyenko’s candidacy was proposed to the Board of Directors of Aeroflot [5] .
He served in the Armed Forces of the USSR , registered in the city of Severomorsk . Married, has a son. He was awarded the medal " 70 years of the Armed Forces of the USSR ", the medal "Admiral Kuznetsov" of the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
