Craig Buntin ( born Craig Buntin ; born May 27, 1980 in North Vancouver, Canada ) is a Canadian figure skater who performed in pair skating . With Meagan Duhamel, they are silver medalists of the 2009 Canadian Championships and bronze medalists of the Four Continents Championship 2010 .

During his career, Craig Bantin has changed many partners. For the longest time, he was paired with Valerie Marku , with whom he was a three-time champion of Canada (2004-2006) and a bronze medalist in the 2004 Four Continents Championship .
He completed his career in 2010 .
Career
With Chantal Poirier, Craig was Canada Junior Champion in 2000 . Bantin's longest partnership, with Valerie Marcu , began in 2002 . Together with her, Craig three times in a row became the champion of Canada (2004-2006). Shortly after the end of the 2006-2007 season, Marcu announced the completion of an amateur sports career.
On June 7, 2007, it was announced that Craig Bantin would be performing with Meagan Duhamel [1] .
In the 2008–2009 season, the couple won bronze medals at one of the stages of the Trophee Eric Bompard Grand Prix , despite the fact that during the parallel salchow Craig injured his hand on Duhamel’s blade and performed with a bandaged hand [2] . In the same season, they became the second at the national championship , and at the championship of the Four continents - 4.
They took third place in the 2010 Canadian Championship and did not enter the national team at the Vancouver Olympics . At the end of the season, Craig decided to end his career [3] [4] [5] .
