The Louny district ( Czech. Okres Louny ) is one of the seven districts of the Ustia Region of the Czech Republic . The administrative center is the city of Loney . Area - 1,117.65 square meters km., the population is 88 167 people. There are 70 municipalities in the district, of which seven are cities.

Geography
Located in the southwest of the region. It borders with the districts Chomutov , Teplice , Most and Litomerice of the Ustie region; Pilsen-north of the Pilsen region ; Rakovnik and Kladno of the Central Bohemian Region ; Karlovy Vary of the Karlovy Vary Region .
