Story
Cartman imagines himself a superhero “Raccoon” ( English The Coon ), but no one takes him seriously. Eric decides to tell the world about himself. Speaking about the Raccoon at school did not have any effect, the Raccoon action at the airport, too, the T-shirts with the inscription "Who is Raccoon?", In one of which he himself walks, also does not help. Meanwhile, a new superhero appears in the city - Misterion, who comes into conflict with Raccoon. At the same time, everyone takes Misterion seriously: they broadcast him on TV, write in newspapers, make comics, and he is considered a symbol of the city. This drives Cartman furious, and he begins to interrogate everyone at school about whether he is Mysterion. No one confesses. Then Eric turns to two supervillains - Professor Chaos and General Bardak . Once in their lair, he finds a list of suspects (fourth-grade students from whom Token, Jimmy, Cartman and Timmy are crossed out. Strangely enough, there are no girls, Pip, Bill, Fossi, Terrence and Bradley). It does not lead to anything, and Eric decides to go to blackmail Misterion, forcing Professor Chaos to threaten a hospital explosion if Misterion does not take off his mask. Meanwhile, Misterion comes to Kyle and asks for help. A raccoon does mine the building, and Mysterion comes right to the alleged site of the explosion. Professor Chaos and Bardak almost defeat him, but Mysterion comes to his senses, and Cartman-Raccoon, standing nearby, pretends to come to his aid and knocks out a tooth from Professor Chaos. The raccoon says that there will be some kind of psycho who will harm people, if Mysterion does not reveal his identity, he agrees. He removes the mask from his eyes (the hood continues to cover most of his face), and all the characters (but not the viewer) recognize one of Cartman's classmates. Misterion is taken to prison " for amateurism ", and Eric is happy.
Cut Out [1]
The last 45 seconds of the series have been cut. And here’s what’s happening there: Cartman, satisfied, is leaving on his tricycle, but in the meantime the lights are turned off in the prison. “Good night, Misterion,” the policeman tells Kyle. But Kyle is not Misterion, he changed into Misterion to take the blame. The real Misterion reveals his face to him: Kyle cannot believe (and the viewer still does not understand who it is). However, in the version of the series without a cut-out ending, there is a scene in which Misterion comes to Kyle asking for "some help." In essence, this episode becomes meaningless without a cut-out finale.
