Z-14 Friedrich Inn ( German Z-14 "Friedrich Ihn" ) - German destroyer type 1934A .

Laid on May 30, 1935 at the Blom and Foss shipyard in Hamburg. Launched on November 5, 1935, and on April 6, 1938, it entered into service and became part of the 3 divisions of 1 flotilla .

On August 19, 1938 he participated in a naval show with the participation of Reich Chancellor Hitler and Hungarian regent Admiral Horthy . From April 18 to May 15, 1939 he sailed to the coast of Spain and Morocco, after which he took part in the occupation of Memel (May 1939).

With the outbreak of World War II, he took part in the Polish campaign. From September to December 1939, he acted in the North Sea and the Baltic Straits, participated in mine clearance operations off the east coast of Great Britain. After this, repairs were carried out until April 1940.

In June - July 1940 he acted off the coast of Norway.

From September to November 1940 was based and operated in western France. From November 1940 to January 1941 was under repair. From April to July 41 years again in Western France. From August to December 1941, regular repairs.

In February 1942, he participated in Operation Cerberus, after which he acted in Norway until July. In particular, in March he participated in the operation against convoys PQ-12 / QP-8. On March 7, 1942, being guarded by the battleship Tirpitz, the Soviet transport Izhora was sunk with the entire crew in the Barents Sea.

In July - December 1942, it was again under repair. From January to November 1943 he acted in the Baltic Straits. Then again under repair until April 1944. From June to the end of the war he acted in the Baltic Straits. May 5-8, 1945 participated in the evacuation of German troops from Hel Spit to Copenhagen. There he capitulated. It was handed over to the USSR for reparations and became part of the fleet under the name "Quick". March 22, 1952 removed from the lists of the fleet and scrapped.
