Nerkin Bazmaberd ( Armenian Ներքին Բազմաբերդ ) is a village in the Aragatsotn region . The villagers are refugees from Western Armenia occupied by Turkey . The village is located 15 km from Talin and 44 km from Ashtarak near the villages of Nerkin Sasunashen (from the west), Verin Bazmaberd (from the north), Kakavadzor (from the north-east) and Agarak (from the east). On November 10, 2001 , a drinking water conduit was inaugurated. [2]

According to the "Caucasian calendar" for 1912, 885 people lived in the village of Nizhnye Agjakala, Echmiadzin district, Erivan province , mainly Azerbaijanis designated as "Tatars" [1] .
