Holocaust ( Latin Gymnocárpium ) - a genus of ferns from the family Cystopteridaceae of the order Millipede ( Polypodiales ). Of the nine species, three also grow in Europe.

Etymology
The Latin scientific name for the genus Gymnocárpium comes from the Greek. γυμνάς , which means “naked”, “naked”, and Greek. καρπος - “fruit”, which indicates the absence of a bract in sorusses .
Botanical Description
Holokuchniks are perennials with a long, thin, creeping rhizome .
Fertile and sterile Wii are almost the same. They are double-pinnate, at least at the base, their segments are pinnate. The lower leaves are larger than the upper ones. The feathers are triangular in shape, the width at the base is approximately equal to the length.
Soruses are removed from the edge, small, rounded, without Hindu . There are no bracts .
