Construction History
Laid at the factory number 190 named. A. A. Zhdanov October 27, 1978 (building number 864), launched April 23, 1982 . The godmother of the ship is Marina Alekseeva. The crew was formed in Severomorsk on October 10, 1982 , check-in on the ship on April 16, 1983, and on November 7, 1984, during the trials, participated in the parade on the Neva on the day of the 67th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution. Adopted by the fleet on September 30, 1984 , on October 7, 1984, the Soviet naval flag was hoisted on a ship, and on December 7, 1984, the destroyer joined the Soviet Navy . For the construction period, it was included in the 13 brigade of ships under construction and repair (13 brströmk) of the Leningrad Naval Base , for the test period from October 11, 1984 it was included in the 76th missile ship brigade of the 12th missile ship division [1] .
Service
In the period from August 21 to November 22, 1985, the ship made a transition from Baltiysk to Vladivostok around Africa as part of the naval strike group ( KUG ) of the cruiser Frunze and the BPC Admiral Spiridonov with business calls to Luanda , Maputo , Aden and Camran flag Vice Admiral V. S. Kruglyakov (21 268 nautical miles were covered in 67 days of travel) [1] .
On November 25, 1985, the ship was enlisted in the 175th brigade of missile ships of the 10th operational squadron. In 1986, he served in the South China Sea . In 1987, the dock was repaired. From February 15 to September 9, 1988 he served in the Persian Gulf . He escorted 31 vessels in 16 convoys. According to the results of 1988, he won the Navy Civil Code Prize for rocket and artillery training. In 1990, as part of the KMG with the destroyer “Combat” and the large anti-submarine ship “Admiral Tributs”, he won the Navy GK Prize for rocket and artillery preparation [1] .
Disbandment
On August 14, 1991, the destroyer Caution was repaired at Dalzavod, part of the 79th brigade of ships under construction and under repair, but there was practically no repair. As a result, on August 16, 1997, the ship was excluded from the lists of the fleet and on July 18, 1998 it was taken for dismantling to Strelok Bay [1] .
