Biography

Born January 18, 1946 in the working village of Pachelma, Penza region. In 1968 he graduated from the Penza Polytechnic Institute .

Received the title Doctor of Technical Sciences, then Professor and Honorary Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation . He was rector of Penza State University from 1999 to 2013, and from 2013 became president of Penza State University .

Full Professor and Grand Doctor Philosophy of the European Academy of Informatization, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Missile and Artillery Sciences , full member of the International Academy of Informatization .

Scientific activity

Vladimir Ivanovich wrote about 350 scientific works, including 11 monographs ("Chronometric Instruments and Systems", "Autodyne Sensors of Autonomous Control Systems"), 50 teaching aids, 130 articles in leading scientific journals, 70 copyright certificates and patents, 8 of which were introduced into serial production. Under his leadership, more than 30 research projects on federal target projects were completed [12] .
